Autumn Colours early October

Everywhere we look are these gorgeous autumn colours. There are no maple trees over this west coast so unfortunately we aren't getting the bold reds, but the orange and yellows make up for it. Though we plan to be over east coast next Fall so will no doubt take a picci or two then! Jenny's reliving her childhood kicking the leaves in the air walking to work each day - hasn't kicked any rocks yet! Had forgotten about the maintenance of having to sweep up all the fallen leaves though! Nights are getting pretty brisk - mostly low numbers between 0-5 degrees, a couple of minus's but nothing too bad yet, though have had to upgrade our thermal underwear collection!
